Tahoe - USA
Lake Tahoe is found in the Nevada State Park and Border of California. I visited this glorious place in my 20s travelling as a Single woman with my Parents. We had travelled by car on a month long road trip. I have never seen snow before as I live in Australia in the Sunshine state where I can't get snow! I found it beautiful but exceptionally cold of course haha. But eery and stunning when you take a photo. Several parts of Tahoe have Blue skies, snow or sunshine as it is a huge place. Smack bang in the middle is the huge Lake Tahoe. The surface elevation is 1,897 metres above sea level. With it's adorable Log cabins I have dreamed off, the tall trees, snow & a picturesque views. There are plenty of movies that you can watch where it looks just like this magical place. It is a Celebrity getaway destination yet affordable for others too. I can really see myself wanting to live somewhere like this one day. If you want to check out something that is Family orientated or even with your friends I recommend this place as there is nothing better then sitting in a huge hot tub the size of a swimming pool, sipping on a drink in the snow! One of my favourite memories is Tahoe. I pray I get to return someday to show my children and husband.
